Party Photo Challenge

Today we had our second photo challenge at Zouk Club, Velvet Underground after being newly renovated. The theme was party and fun (although it was very hard to be done WITHOUT music) LOL. It was also our first group shoot where we were slit into groups of 3 and 4 and took turns trying to be the girl that stands out and rocks the party aka. The PARTY GIRL!

My group went first which we thought was a big disadvantage after we saw the other groups shoot after us because they had time to feel the atmosphere and watch us as well as learn from our flaws and our mistakes. Therefore I don’t really think my photo challenge went very well.

I’m actually pretty frightened now about the next elimination. My pictures will probably not turn out good enough. I was posing and looking all over the place, wasn’t exactly focused plus I was a tad awkward to dance or rather Act like I’m dancing.

Paintball Task

So, we got a message from Lisa. She said we’re gonna to be doing to task and it’s something to do with paintball and overalls. We reached Red Dynasty Paintball Park and we were then divided into 2 teams – Me, Isabelle, Jacqueline, Nansi and Lila were in the Blue Team, the rest were red. Except for Asha, she had a eye infection and she wansn’t allowed to take part in this task.

After putting on our overalls in blue and red, did some drills and practice just to get us warmed up. Soon after, we were all in position, ready to battle. Our objective – to retrieve the flag and put it on the flag pole. I was the team captain and we did a really good strategy plan and that made us win the the paintball task! Our reward was a dinner date with Lisa!

We arrived at Spring Ju Chun Yuan Chinese Restaurant where they served us authentic Teochew food. The place has really nice oriental décor and we were treated to a 7-course dinner! We got to have a nice chat with Lisa who told us all about how she started and adive about modeling and host. It was truly and amazing experience!

So, I was really annoyed with Charlotte. She just blunt out random things such as “all of us were fat”. Totally uncalled for and not professional and respectful at all. She’s always think she’s the best and that she’s going to win this competition already. Too early to think honey, prove it!

Elimination

So I woke up this morning and came out of the room and the girls were all awake.. so bright and early. I swear I could continue sleeping for the next several hours, least. I dazed through that while eating my daily dosage of Nestle Fitnesse Cereal and F&N Seasons Green tea. After my very dreamy breakfast, it’s time to get ready to prep myself for today.

Well soon enough it was time to go to the elimination room. Surprisingly, we all got there like really really early and we waited. And waited. And waited. It was weird because I felt somewhat calm but my mind was really all over the place. I think everything thinks of me as the cool one, someone who hardly gets insecure or affected. To be quite honest, I get very underconfident and very affected. I just like to keep things to myself, thats just the way I am. Music is my salvage. If I had the opportunity, I would just do music and express myself through my mixes for the rest of my life. A professional DJ in the making, i would call myself.

So well, back to elimination, we went down for the evaluation. I had such horrible comments about my photo, which I half expected. But when I heard the comments made for the other girls, I was almost completely convinced I was not going home. My comments were bad, but theirs were really really bad.
Elimination was scary. Having such panel judges is triple scary. I held my breath till along. I was shocked to hear their comments about mine. It was unbelievable, that moment came by in slow-mo in my head and it was a fantasy wonderland for 5 minutes.

I’m just full of emotions, but also emotionally drained. All I know is that I have to make full use of this opportunity not to screw up and do well in the next challenge.

Hey all, I love what I’m wearing today, Mark, the amazing, made me look just absolutely fab! Dressed in Lacepipe’s stylish designs, I sure am ready to make a clear fashion statement! Don’t you just love the free-flowing fashion that glows of self-expression? Because I do and I love what you call bohemian styled apparels! It’s a casual mix of hippie, gypsy and vintage elements.

Definitely one of my favourite fashion looks, the boho style in Lacepipe’s clothes brings out personality and individuality!

I’m sure, for one, you have seen stars like Sienna Miller, Mischa Barton and Kate Moss taking fashion to another level with their infusement of bohemian styled apparels along with glam and glitter.
