Just got eliminated…

I am disappointed because I know I could have done a lot better. I don’t feel that any of it was really fair with the whole Jacqueline drama etc..etc..

She does not deserve to be here. As Marcus said “BAD MODEL,” She is photogenic and effortlessly so, but who would want to work with her?

Anyway.. enough venting,

I’m gonna miss the other girls. Really wish them all the best. It’s been a crazy ride and I’ve already learnt a lot.

I would rather it be me than Asha or Danielle because they want this more than me. To me, modelling comes secondary to music. Music has always been my real passion and that is where my talent lies true.
If anything, this experience has made me stronger and more determined to chase my dreams.

A Passion For Fashion

So here I am, dressed in this gorgeous white dress from Boutiquelane6. This white arty-styled pretty fabric is designed into spaghetti-strapped/ tube dress that is perfect for nice evening nights out. It’s straps are removable that makes it a tube dress and it’s material is perfect and a favourite for the warm, humid weather in Singapore.

The exquisite blue embroidery adds interesting detail to an otherwise pure white dress. The intricate design seen in the embroidery makes the dress not just beautiful but unique as well. So, when worn underneath a suit jacket or cardigan, this tube dress is perfect for the office!

It’s really perfect for a casual settings like the beach or an afternoon shopping in the city, I can wear it plain with a nice sling/shoulder bag! Like other white dress designs, wearing them to an evening dinner is classy and you can easily prim it up with accessories, like a shimmery necklace and studded earrings! Drama

So much drama, so early in the morning! I woke up to screaming and a loud racket. “Oh dear.. whats going on?!” I thought to myself. Everyone should have been sound asleep, not arguing and god knows what..

But well, so everyone was pretty shocked when they found out what had happened. Jackie and Lynn had snuck out and there was so much after-drama when Jackie came back drunk and both of them had apparently snuck out to Lynn’s crib.

All in all, I can’t believe Lynn’s not here anymore. There was a house meeting and a vote casting to either vote one girl off or allow both of them to stay with consequences. So I voted for both Lynn and Jackie to stay and just deal with certain consequences. Unfortunately the other girls voted otherwise and Lynn had to say goodbye to the competition. I honestly feel sorry for her, but what’s been done is done. Both of them shouldn’t have snuck out, it was wrong of them for sure but such severe consequences?! I feel terrible for Lynn. I miss her ):

Grocery Shopping Task

Today was so tiring!!! ): I’m so jealous Tiff, Nansi, Char and Isa got to do the Mua Thai Challenge, they looked like they were having so so much fun while all of the rest of us were dying dying dying!!!

Well, today started off with a grocery challenge at NTUC Fair Price Finest. I thought “Hell yea! I love food, I’m good with food and I’m sure nothing would be a problem..” But noooo!! ARGH! I cant believe I lost this task ): It’s terrible! They judged us on who gets the best items and mine apparently sucked so bad?! HUH! Miserable*

So well, time for our punishment and indeed it was True Punishment. At first I thought, “Thank goodness its just a fitness kinda training task, but HELL NO! it was so mentally and physically draining.! I felt as though I was gonna get punched in the face and die of some nervous breakdown.

Of course at first it didn’t sound that difficult at all, but we only realised how wrong we were when we had to actually start our guelling fitness training with Mitch form Evolve. Boy, he’s one hell of a looker but one HELL of a trainer too, literally. I thought I was going to die in Singapore, and almost every girl felt the same, I felt like i could burst out in tears during and even after the task. To be quite honest, it wasn’t just me, but all of us felt so FIT and TIRED after the LONG LONG LONG task (Which wasn’t really that long but it felt like forever.)

Treadmill Photo Challenge

Today was our third photo challenge. Definitely the most challenging yet. The brief was to look fearful, yet ethereal whilst running on a treadmill, in heels. I generally dislike heels, and try to avoid them whenever possible. Nansi went first and she made it look so easy, her pictures were looking great.

Watching her made me less nervous, but as soon as I got up I realised it was much more difficult than it looked. My shoes were not the best for this challenge either, they were quite unsteady as the stilettos were very thin and thus made my running very uncomfortable. I felt very imbalanced and very wobbly. It was so bad that I managed to fall off the treadmill a couple of times. All I can do in this competition, whenever I do something that is not right is to be able to laugh at myself. HAHAHA.

Supermodelme to Lila “ Make sure you leave your dignity at home, because here, it’s not going to be eay, You’re going to make a whole lotta mistakes and you better be ready to laugh it off!”

I found it very difficult to focus today,it was really difficult to get into the feeling of the shoot. There were so many factors to think about like running while turning your head, thinking bout being lost and alone, thinking about your dress, how it looks, how you looks, whether you are doing it right or whether things are going to turn out messed up.

I’d turn my torso too far and lose my balance. Despite everything, i did try my best and i did listen to the photographer. I really hope I managed to get a good shot, I hope I wont be back in the bottom three, though I really think I would be,. I really want to be in the top 7, Hopefully i can come out with a good argument about my performance for the panel to decide.

Jackie definitely had a hard time with the shoot, having only 5 minutes and not being able to watch anyone do it. She deserves it really, for what she has done! And it already seems like a very minor punishment if you compare it to Lynn being sent home! Jackie always has ladyluck on her side, but it’s about time it ran out.

All in all, for today, I was really happy for Tiff, because out of everyone, I really think she did the best and she had amazing pictures!
